Team & IT-Efficiencies2.1 Resolved significant communication issues at board of directors level at a technology firm by analyzing their individual positions and finding appropriate actions - team began functioning friction free in its original configuration. All missed dead-lines were met in accelerated fashion.
2.2 At two of the biggest Investment banks I applied two very simple techniques and turned around a business-to-IT relationship which at the time was grounded in open bitterness. Both sides were then happily collaborating (again - in original team configuration).
2.3 At one of the largest global investment banks I was asked by the office of the global CIO to provide written suggestions for improvement of the overall communication among IT units and business. These suggestion later became integrated in a global initiative for further improvement of IT efficiencies.
3. Managing Virtual Teams. On behalf of Kubisys Inc. and TKCIS I built and managed a very successful, entirely virtual global network of IT professionals spanning multiple countries, cultures and time-zones. In some of the cases, due to geographic location, the team members never saw each-other and yet developed the feeling of team-unity and worked successfully towards delivering on time and budget.
4. • Proposal for implementation of 3D technologies for improving presentation of complex data on web-pages.
My proposal was accepted by the Military Academy at West Point and I was contracted to deliver the project.
For the implementation of the 3D module I was able to retain the services of one of the leading firms in this field "Two-N".
• Development of a Google-like document parsing system based on LUCENE.
• Development of MBS market data multi-threaded parser and database based on INTEX data.
• Discovery and design of one of the first Pulse-Oxymeters (from concept to motherboard to BIOS).
• Design of the first European eye-tracker (a biometric system calculating the point of regard by processing real-time the image-capture of the eye).
At JP Morgan I was chosen by the CIO office to be one of the idea-evaluators for the annual global idea-sharing competition "Shark-Tank".6. Healthcare• 5 yr. High education in biomedical electronics with combined exams in Medical Sciences (Anatomy, Physiology).
